libflint-arb1 software package provides C library for arbitrary-precision ball arithmetic, shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflint-arb1
libflint-arb1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflint-arb1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflint-arb1 *
You will get with libflint-arb1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
